"No, I don't," Tanati replied, evilly,"As you know, a change in age doesn't change anything. You're still fun to follow and bother." Still dragging along the trio of the dolls and Cereberus, she continued,"And, as you probably guessed, things are the same as they were five seconds ago. The illness is still raging, and people are still dying. Besides following you, why do you think I left?"
Chiyoko looked back at Sunny,"I guess it was just an 'I'm sorry'. Today's been bad." Then, came another girl her age. "Hi," she replied, now feeling even worse because she now felt that she upset the first girl even more. Then came the worst of all. Another healer came in, and, pulling Chiyoko away from the other two girls, whispered something to her. It turned out that other people, besides the guild, were catching the illness. Her parents had died.(Hey, I wasn't going to introduce them, anyways. So, now I don't have to.) Chiyoko now felt even worse, but she had to make the other two feel better, no matter what happened. She could feel bad, later. Taking a deep breath and letting the healer leave, she walked back over to the other two girls. "By the way, I'm Chiyoko," she stated, smiling a tiny, itty bitty smile.

"I didn't know about any goddamn illness!" Ceredin snapped, briefly covering Naita's ears as she said the 'd' word. Despite appearances, she didn't actually want to teach her daughter foul language. "Why the... place.... do you think I asked?! I don't know why I left, I just thought there was something wrong. How many are dead? Who?"
Before Sunny could make a reply, a Healer came and took her away. They wanted to make sure that she wasn't sick- as best as they could, seeing as they didn't understand the illness- before letting her consort with others. Frantically busy or no, they had a system.

"Oh, Bye," Chiyoko said, frowning. She took another deep breath. Today was the worst ever. Everyone was dying, including her parents, and her new friends were alone like her. If they were friends, yet.
Tanati frowned,"You didn't know there was an illness?! How.....!" She stopped and took a deep breath,"Okay, from what I know, the two Guildmasters are dead, a few whole sections of Candidates are dead, a few parents are dead, and it's getting worse. I saw like.....five orphans in there! It's horrible! I left so I wouldn't get sick. But, it's not like me to get sick. I've never gotten sick before."

((Aw, Fear has feelings. And I can't stand this thread. ;_;))
Nate wandered into the infirmary. Of course, it made no sense for a Colelctive member to wander in. But amid the chaos, no one noticed. He was looking for Diputs, who had left without paying for his portrait ten years ago. Nate had only just remembered, and was out to collect his money. Meh...he wasn't here. Nate went back to the Collective, taking the virus with him.
((Bwaha. Nate; The Best Healer EVER! XD
I'm too depressed, so I'm taking Fear's advice and here is who is dead: Elfriede, Tessa (-cries- pains me so much to let her go)...and I can't think of anyone else cause I'm braindead. -_- But I want Sasha, Ally, and Thyme....))

Tanati took in another deep breath,"Yes, they are. Too bad, they were pretty good Guildmasters and everything."

Aia sat shivering against the wall of the dungeon, They were deep inside the maze, and neither she nor Amber had known how they'd gotten there. Desh had taken them of course, ignoring the monsters. He'd told them to stay, and left. Aia looked over to where Amber was siting with her arms around her knees, her eyes dull and dead looking. She knew what was happening, and she was scared. Mommy was gone, and Daddy too... and now Desh had left. Aia shivered, and looked up at the ceiling. It was dark here, and wet, and she didn't like it. She was hungry too, and wanted Aea... She looked up when she her a plip noise. Amber had her eyes closed, and a tear had fallen off her nose. She wanted to wake up, and have everything go back to normal. It had to be a bad dream. Mommy and Daddy couldn't die.... and, far off, she could feel Desh coming closer. She hated this, why did this have to happen? Aia scooted closer to Amber, after all, the older girl was the only one here, and Aia hated the dark.
"It's more than just a few," This was Desh. He had appeared right behind Ceredin, and was watching them all with a blank expression. "If you don't have it, run, or find a safe place in the guild. They're dying by the droves. My own bonded's... dead." He said the last bit with only a small falter.

"Huh, where'd you come from?!" Tanati asked, one eyebrow raised,"And, if your bonded died, why're you still here?" Durangal released themselves from Tanati's grip, and shook themselves off. I do think it's possible for a spirit to stay around after the bonded's gone, Al stated before going into a fit of sneezes,Sorry, allergies.

"Hi, Chiyoko. My name's Leila." Leila introduced herself, giving the other a girl a tiny smile of her own. She figured she was in the same position as herself. Along with Sunny and all the other little kids whose parents had died too. She felt bad for all of them, and she slightly envied those who still had their parents. There had been no reason for her mommy and daddy to die. They were good, fun, kind people. Stupid virus. Leila did feel a pang of anger towards it. But she wasn't about to act out. Normally she would have, but this was different. And at least she still had someone her own age to talk to at the moment, while they were checking out Sunny to make sure she was alright. "So, when did you get here?" Leila asked polietly, trying to at least start a conversation.

Ceredin didn't falter when Desh appeared, well used to the demon's odd behaviour. "Uni? Aeos, Jeni, Uni, I suppose Kaos too... Jilath." She shook her head quickly to clear it. "This is very bad. Naita, don't eat that. It's bad for you." She plucked the redheaded five year old off of a rock which she had been attempting to eat.

A few minutes later, Sunny was led back by the hand by a kind-looking young woman. "Hello," she greeted the other girls quietly. "I'm Nightingale. I'm going to be taking care of you all now, okay? Here, you two come with me as well. We'll just check you all out and then go along to where you'll be staying now, okay?" Any other orphans who came to the Infirmary would be sent to Nightingale's new rooms in a separate outbuilding, a good distance away from the Guild. Due to emergency procedures, no one would be allowed into or out of this area without being checked and sterilized first.

"A few days ago. I've just been travelling. I guess home was just too boring, so I left," Chiyoko shrugged, since it had felt like forever since she left home, and it had only been two weeks. "Well, I guess you've been around here for a while. Do you know where the kitchen is? I haven't eaten in at least a day," she asked, looking sheepish. Her stomach growled. It was hungry, too. Chiyoko's head jerked up as she saw her other friend being brought back in by a lady named Nightingale. Chiyoko nodded, standing up and walking next to the older girl.
