Now I gotta think of one for everybody else... Answer me, Jeni. -pokes Jeni accusingly-
Wait, I expect you're busy restraining Zethlove from killing Mutsukodear. Carry on, then.

Imaginary Evanescence
oh.. paper flowers oh.. paper flowers
I linger in the doorway Of alarm clock screaming monsters calling my name Let me stay Where the wind will whisper to me Where the raindrops as they're falling tell a story
In my field of paper flowers And candy clouds of lullaby flowers I lie inside myself for hours And watch my purple sky fly over me flowers
Don't say I'm out of touch With this rampant chaos - your reality I know well what lies beyond my sleeping refuge The nightmare I built my own world to escape
In my field of paper flowers And candy clouds of lullaby flowers I lie inside myself for hours And watch my purple sky fly over me flowers
Swallowed up in the sound of my screaming Cannot cease for the fear of silent nights Oh how I long for the deep sleep dreaming The Goddess of imaginary light
In my field of paper flowers And candy clouds of lullaby flowers I lie inside myself for hours And watch my purple sky fly over me flowers
oh.. paper flowers oh.. paper flowers

Superman Five for Fighting
I can’t stand to fly I’m not that naive I’m just out to find The better part of me
I’m more than a bird…I’m more than a plane More than some pretty face beside a train It’s not easy to be me
Wish that I could cry Fall upon my knees Find a way to lie About a home I’ll never see
It may sound absurd…but don’t be naive Even Heroes have the right to bleed I may be disturbed…but won’t you conceed Even Heroes have the right to dream It’s not easy to be me
Up, up and away…away from me It’s all right…You can all sleep sound tonight I’m not crazy…or anything…
I can’t stand to fly I’m not that naive Men weren’t meant to ride With clouds between their knees
I’m only a man in a silly red sheet Digging for kryptonite on this one way street Only a man in a funny red sheet Looking for special things inside of me
It’s not easy to be me.

Five for Fighting's 100 Years
I'm 15 for a moment Caught in between 10 and 20 And I'm just dreaming Counting the ways to where you are
I'm 22 for a moment She feels better than ever And we're on fire Making our way back from Mars
15… there's still time for you Time to buy and time to lose 15…there's never a wish better than this When you only got 100 years to live…
I'm 33 for a moment Still the man but you see I'm a they A kid on the way A family on my mind
I'm 45 for a moment The sea is high And I'm heading into a crisis Chasing the years of my life
15… there's still time for you Time to buy and time to lose yourself Within a morning star
15… I'm all right with you 15… there's never a wish better than this When you only got 100 years to live…
Half time goes by Suddenly you’re wise Another blink of an eye 67 is gone The sun is getting high We're moving on...
I'm 99 for a moment Dying for just another moment And I'm just dreaming Counting the ways to where you are
15… there's still time for you 22… I feel her too 33… you’re on your way Every Day's a new Day
15… there's still time for you Time to buy and time to choose Hey 15… there's never a wish better than this When you only got 100 years to live

Ocean Avenue Yellowcard
There's a place off Ocean Avenue Where I used to sit and talk with you We were both 16 and it felt so right Sleeping all day, staying up all night Staying up all night
There's a place on the corner of Cherry Street We would walk on the beach in our bare feet We were both 18 and it felt so right Sleeping all day, staying up all night Staying up all night
If I could find you now things would get better We could leave this town and run forever Let your waves crash down on me and take me away
There's a piece of you that's here with me It's everywhere I go, it's everything I see When I sleep, I dream and it gets me by I can make believe that you're here tonight That you're here tonight
If I could find you now things would get better We could leave this town and run forever I know somewhere, somehow we'll be together Let your waves crash down on me and take me away
I remember the look in your eyes When I told you that this was goodbye You were begging me not tonight Not here, not now We're looking up at the same night sky And keep pretending the sun will not rise Be together for one more night Somewhere, somehow
If I could find you now things would get better We could leave this town and run forever I know somewhere, somehow we'll be together Let your waves crash down on me and take me away

I Wish We'd All Been Ready DC Talk
oooh.....
Life was filled with guns and war, And all of us got trampled on the floor. I wish we'd all been ready.
Children died, the days grew cold. A piece of bread could buy a bag of gold. I wish we'd all been ready.
And there's no time To change your mind The Son has come And you've been left behind.
A man and wife asleep in bed, She hears a noise, turns her head he's gone. I wish we'd all been ready.
Two men walking up a hill, One disappears, one's left standing still. I wish we'd all been ready.
And there's no time To change your mind The Son has come And you've been left behind
(oh yeah, ooh) (yeah, alright)
The Father spoke, the demons died. How could you have been so blind?
And there's no time To change your mind The Son has come And you've been left behind.
No, And there's no time To change your mind The Son has come And you've been left behind
I hope we'll all be ready. You've been left behind.
I hope we'll all be ready. You've been left behind.
I hope we'll all be ready. You've been left behind.

Yoh
Little Big Town's Boondocks
(Chorus:) I feel no shame I'm proud of where I came from I was born and raised in the boondocks One thing I know No matter where I go I keep my heart and soul in the boondocks
And I can feel That muddy water running through my veins And I can hear that lullaby of a midnight train It sings to me and it sounds familiar
(Chorus)
And I can taste That honeysuckle and it's still so sweet When it grows wild On the banks down at old camp creek Yeah, and it calls to me like a warm wind blowing
(Chorus)
It's where I learned about living It's where I learned about love It's where I learned about working hard and getting by with just enough
It's where I learned about Jesus And knowing where I stand You can take it or leave it, this is me This is who I am
Give me a tin roof A front porch and a gravel road And that's home to me It feels like home to me
(Chorus)
I keep my heart and soul in the boondocks
You get a line, I'll get a pole We'll go fishing in the crawfish hole Five-card poker on a Saturday night Church on Sunday morning
(2x) You get a line, I'll get a pole We'll go fishing in the crawfish hole (Down in the boondocks) Five-card poker on a Saturday night Church on Sunday morning
Say a little prayer for me

Telly
She's a Butterfly Martina McBride She remembers when she first got her wings And how she opened up that day she learned to sing Then the colors came, erased the black and white And her whole world changed when she realized
(Chorus:) She's a butterfly, pretty as the crimson sky Nothing's ever gonna bring her down And everywhere she goes Everybody knows she's so glad to be alive She's a butterfly
Like the purest light in a darkened world So much hope inside such a lovely girl You should see her fly, it's almost magical It makes you wanna cry, she's so beautiful
(Chorus)
God bless the butterfly, give her the strength to fly Never let her wings touch the ground God bless the butterfly, give her strength to fly Never let her wings touch the ground
(Chorus)
God bless the butterfly, give her the strength to fly Never let her wings touch the ground God bless the butterfly, give her the strength to fly Never let her wings touch the ground

Ril
"Handshakes at Sunrise"
Arrive Open your eyes I'm freeing you Take time for passers by To meet with you We want it all My friend I'm lost forever
The scream within the misteaching of a metaphor Breathing out the lie (i’ve been fooled)
We wont stop until the dawn has Given its all to you (given its all to you) A warm appraisal hides Behind an audience member (remembering) We wont stop until the dawn has Given its all to you The last thing i want (freeing us all)
Who are replacing us... (x4)
We wont stop until the dawn has Given its all to you A warm appraisal hides Behind an audience member We won't stop until the dawn has Given its all to you The last thing i want (freeing us all)

Amaranth (again)
"The Most Foolish Traveler In the World" Once there was a foolish traveler. He was foolish because he was easily tricked, believing the best of people who meant him ill. As he traveled, he was tricked by many people. "I need money for medicine," they would claim. Or, "I have no money to buy seeds for crops." He would believe them, giving away his money, his possessions, his shoes, and his clothes. So foolish was he that, when the scheming people said "This will really help," tears would stream down his face and he would say, "Please be happy, be happy." Eventually, he had given away all his clothes and he was naked and ashamed to be seen, so he decided to travel in the forest. He met the monsters who lived in the forest. They wanted to eat him, so they tricked him as the villagers had. He gave away his arms and legs to them. Soon, the traveler was only a head. He even gave his eyes to the last monster he met. As the monster munched on his eyes, he said, "Thank you. For this, I will leave you with a gift." But that was a lie, too. The "gift" was a single piece of paper, which had "Fool" written on it. But the traveler cried and cried, tears falling from his eye sockets, saying, "Thank you, thank you! This is the first time anyone has given me anything. Thank you so much. I'm so happy. Thank you, thank you." And as he cried, saying "Thank you, thank you," he died.
"The Most Foolish Traveler in the World" is a Japanese folk tale. I know it isn't a song, but I felt it fit Amaranth better than most songs.

And now I get to switch Amaranth's theme song again! XD I like doing this waaaaay too much.
Bring Me to Life Evanescence
How can you see into my eyes like open doors Leading you down into my core Where I've become so numb without a soul My spirit sleeping somewhere cold Until you find it there and lead it back home
Wake me up inside Wake me up inside Call my name and save me from the dark Bid my blood to run Before I come undone Save me from the nothing I've become
Now that I know what I'm without You can't just leave me Breathe into me and make me real Bring me to life
Wake me up inside Wake me up inside Call my name and save me from the dark Bid my blood to run Before I come undone Save me from the nothing I've become Bring me to life
Frozen inside without your touch Without your love - darling - only you Are the life among the dead
All of this time I can't believe I couldn't see Kept in the dark but you were there in front of me I've been sleeping a thousand years it seems Got to open my eyes to everything Without a thought without a voice without a soul Don't let me die here There must be something more Bring me to life
And, since I'm here, here's Ceredin's theme song:
Learning To Fall Martina Mcbride
I was alone in the dark Never let down my guard Closed the curtain on my heart So the world could not see All the demons in me Told myself I was free
Then you showed me how wrong I could be
(Chorus:) Now I'm standing on a mountain of rubble That once was a wall Took years to build around me And you came along And you tore it down Like it was nothing at all Now it's a little scary Learning to fall
When you looked in my eyes Past the fear and false pride You saw goodness inside I can't believe how I feel I believe love is real And I'm ready to heal
You show me how right I can be
(Chorus)
I was holding on, now I'm letting go I was holding on, now I'm letting go I was holding on, now I'm letting go
(Chorus)
