Ooh! Because they're STARS! And so pretty.....when I was little I used to think that if you went in an airplane at night, you could open the windows and catch a star.....

Because it's purple! And smells good! And usually things that smell good taste good, like roses! ^^ And pansies and violet don't really smell like much but they taste nice too....
