It was weird, having a truce with the one she had always fought with. Jilath had always hated Vintaph, he was her enemy. He tried to destroy what she worked so hard to create and vice versa. That's how it had always been. But now... they were actually working together, sorta, against Illyra. Jilath certainly didn't want her to mess everything up. Even if things were already a little messed up. At least they had gotten rid of Illyra for a while, as the goddess had actually gone down to Illyra to "fix" things. At least that much was good. Jilath and Vintaph could at least plot in peace for a bit.

"So..." Vintaph said, thinking. "Any ideas on our next move?" ...our...That was the first time he'd ever referred to himself and her at once.

Jilath sighed and shook her head. "No, not really." She admitted. She really didn't like the fact that they didn't have any sort of plan or idea.

"Hmmm, well maybe we coukd try what our dear sister is doing, go down as humans in order to counteract her meddling." He suggested.

"I was sort of thinking about that earlier, but I wasn't really sure if it would be the best option." Jilath replied, still wondering about that option. "Although, just about anything is worth a shot at the moment."

"Well I figure if we're discreet and stay out of cantact with our prisets and priestesses, we should be fine." Vintaph shrugged.

"A good point." Jilath agreed. "Otherwise, things could get way more complicated than we wanted." She said, then paused, thinking about something else. "Hey, is Illyra really our sister? I mean, she was only born from thoughts and prayers. Does that really make us siblings?" She asked.

"No, not really, in truth, you and I aren't even realted, other than the fact that we are both gods." Vintaph explained simply, he had obviously considered the question before.

"Well, that answers my question. And, it does make sense." Jilath said. "So, now we don't even have to act kind towards each other if we aren't siblings. We are just two gods fighting for power." She said with a grin.

Vintaph chuckled. "Indeed, but lets stay on good terms for now."

Jilath nodded. "Yes, we need to work together if we want to outsmart Illyra and keep her from destryoing everything."

"I'm not sure outsmart is the right term, seeing as she seems to be rather dim." Vintaph chuckled, he was really just trying to regain some face after she had demmoralized him.

"Oh really?" Jilath asked crossing her arms. "I think you might be underestimating her a bit. And underestimating an enemy can kill you." She told him.

"No, i'm not underestimating her, just trying to save a little face." Vintaph chuckled, his pride had refused to let him pass up the insult toward Illyra.
