A black-cloaked figure slowly walked into the room. His hood was up, and a long-staffed scythe was in his left hand, splattered with something that was a bright red. Pinpricks of light that were probably the figure's eyes slowly watched all the partygoers, then stepped toward the Guildmaster, right behind the man. "Aeos..." the man said in a hiss, his right hand grabbing the scythe as well. "Love what you did with the place!" Taras said enthusiastically, sweeping off his hood in one swift motion.

Fayd looked around and then pull his cape tighter around himself. He wasn't used to being in a room with this many people. He was a hunter, meant to be out there, fighting the Collective.

Corrine gave one last short bow to Aeos, then see to glide over to Fayd. "What's up with you?" she asked suddenly from behind him. "Cat got your tongue?"

One of Fayd's three swords was out and at Corrine's neck before the sentance was over. When Fayd saw it was a Guild member, the sword was hidden under the cape and Fayd looked around. "Too many people in this room for me. If I'd known how many were going to show up, I wouldn't have come. Telly's the only one who could make me feel better, but I'm not sure she'll show up. Serge talked me into coming."

Corrine stiffened at the sword, and her taunt body refused to relax afterwards. "Um... Okay. Which one's Serge? I don't think I know him..." she trailed off, waiting for the sword to pop out again. Jeez. It was a party. Who brings a sword to a party? Fayd does, apparently.

"The Red Death," replied the warrior as he made sure his sword was hidden under his cape again.
Serge was busy chewing on what looked like a cat head, but was really a piece of meat made to look the a cat head. Magic could do many things when your mind was put to it.

"The Red.. Death?" Corrine asked, looking around for, well, a guy dressed as the Red Death. Whatever that was. "...Oh." She saw him, all right. She saw him chewing on what looked to be a cat head. "Well... Thanks," she said finally, and walked over to Serge. He had to be better than some guy who draws a sword on you randomly. Jeez. Um, hi," she said, coming up from behind Serge with a quick bow.

Amaranth stood uncertainly, awkwardly, in a corner, twisting her newly black hair around one finger nervously. She didn't know what she was doing there, or, frankly, what the big party was about. So she just... stood there.

"No need to bow, Corrine. I'm not a memeber of some royal family," mused Serge as he continued chewing on the head. "Fayd scare ya away?"

"I'm coming Kaos!" Uni called, still applying makeup. The fact that she never wore any didn't make her any less adept at putting it on, it just made her look a lot less like herself. When she swept into the room, her dress glittered black and purple, and her brown hair was twisted up into a bun. Dark eyeshadow made her hazel-green eyes look even more... well pretty (which was the desired effect....), and her face had been powdered until it was white. She didn't really know what she was, but it was fun anyway.
Seshen didn't really need to dress up. She was sinister enough anyway, but she'd made an effort. Sort of... Her normaly loose hair had been curled, and she'd put on her second best dark green and blue robe, the best now in the tailors due to the burnt sleave. She'd tinted her eyes dark blue with a small amount of magic, and was rather pleased with the over-all effect. When she swept into the great hall, several people muttered, then let her be, which was nice.

((*violently stabs Prae* ARRRGGGGG!!!! YOU STOLE MY IDEA!!!! *sulks and mutters something about really wanting Zeth to be the Phantom of the Opera*))
Zeth entered the Guild Hall, looking around at all the lovely decorations and costumes people were wearing. He was wearing black pants and a nice fitting black shirt, the sleeves of which were torn and the strips wrapped around his wrists. He had on a silver chain necklace, hanging from it was a small bloody skull ((fake of course)). His face was pale and his eyes were red, effects he created to add to the costume. And, to finish it off, a pair of tattered and torn, black feathered wings adorned his back. He was the Angel of Death. He looked at just who was in the room, and walked over to someone he was quite glad to see. "I almost didn't recognize you. But you look stunning." Zeth said with a smile to Amaranth.

Amaranth looked at him, took in the outfit, and giggled. "Thank you," she said. "You look very interesting yourself, Zeth." She beamed at him, then looked confused. "Um, could you tell me why we're here?" she asked in an undertone.
