"Um, actually, Syrene made me dress like this," Amaranth corrected him, still looking embarassed. "She wouldn't tell me why, but she said, "If you go without looking very different than you normally do, everyone will laugh at you." I asked her what she meant by that, and she said, "Look, you don't want anyone to be uncomfortable because you did something wrong, do you?" And of course I did not. So, here I am."

"Well, at least you can pretend that you knew what you were doing. It certainly looks like it does." Zeth said with a grin. "And besides, that's really the whole point of Halloween anyway, to pretend."

Amaranth looked slightly relieved. "Oh," she said. "That... that is good."

"The Red Death is an old sickness that had everyone scared a long time ago. Now, sometimes at parties where you can dress up, most of the time, theres someone dressed all in red with a white mask. The costume has gained the name, the Red Death."

For once the nousy, short Sara couldn't go unnoticed. Pale brown hair had been dyed multicolored in many different shades and no particular order. Her dress fit perfectly, and was white with glitter of many shades odorning it in rainbow-like fashion. A small tiara made from her own magic had been painfully created, incorporating all elements she could handle within the glass tiara. the inside was chaose...flames flickered before being put out by water, which transformed to ice and then melted into earth, which disolved into darkness before being flipped into light, which then struck aorund as lightning until becoming wind, and then igniting into flame.
((Enter the Rainbow Mage! Whoot! XD))

Sasha was a bit put out that Sarika had chosen not to attend, yet still had decided to go herself. Dressed in a burgundy gown, cornsilk hair spileld down her back. It was the frst timei n years that it had been allowed to go free, instead of braided or pinned up, and it wove wildly around itself. The true length was also unexpected, as it reached about half way down her back. Only a thin veil of makeup (torture, she called it) had been applied by Sarika (who had to pretty much fight Sasha to get it on). She wasn't really going as anything in particular, but she had wanted to go...and felt enough unlike herself to be comfortable.

((Wooo, cool tiara ^^))
Jeni, after looking around for a few minutes, went back to talk with Aeos. "Hey Aeos, how did you finish putting up all those decorations anyway? I mean, I wasn't gone that long when I ran out to get a few things we still needed. And there was still quite a bit left to decorate." She asked him curiously.

"Oh, Neya helped me." He said casually, completely forgetting about the fight they had had a few days before. They hadn't really forgiven each other yet but had almost forgotten it had happened, which unfortunately meant they were still mad at each other, they just couldn't remember they were mad at each other since they had never really ever been mad at each other before.

((That's actually a good way of putting it. XD That's what happens when I have one of my rare arguements with Uni... -ten seconds later- has forgotten that they were arguing and they are now talking about something inane-))

Jeni had told herself beforehand that she wasn't going to bring up any mention of her and Aeos' argument a few days ago. She hoped that they could just get past it and it would just blow over. She was still mad at him, but she didn't want to show it and have it ruin things. But, after hearing his comment, her promise to herself snapped like a twig. Especially because he sounded so casual about it and that, for some reason, it made her even more angry. "Oh, I see." She replied shortly, unconciously crossing her arms in front of her chest.
