There was a thud, and Uni appeared from behind a thick wall of squirming things. She was moving fast, her sword in one hand, and a knife in the other. The thing shuttered, then crummbled. Uni stoped, and whiped off her sword, making a face at the smell. She shruged, and with a flick of her wrist, the knife was gone. She walked down the dark hallway, one hand on the wall, the other still griping her sword. So far, everything had been a joke, she was hoping there might be something else down here that would put up more of a chalenge.

((You can bring a character to help Uni if anyone wants.))

(I'll put Kaos in a room and she can stumble in on him if you want, just play it like its after the magic lesson so they already know ech other.)
Kaos emptied the six empty shells from his revolver as he watched his last round punch through the forehead of the last monster in the room. "This is so easy its almost sad." he mumbled to himself as he loaded six more shells into the chamber, spun it, and flicked it back into place.

"Isn't it?" Uni had appeared. She cocked her head at Kaos, and smiled, "Come on, I heard that they get harder as you go on. So far I've been through six rooms, they all took me about thirty seconds." She grinned at him, then ran ahead. She was wearing her training cloths, a soft cotton shirt and a pair of flowing pants.

Amaranth was leaning against the wall in the next room. What was the point in training if it was so pathetically easy? If even she wasn't having trouble, the others must be doing it in their sleep. She smiled as Uni came in, but the smile faded slightly when the boy entered and she looked down.

"You too?" Uni rolled her eyes, "Ok...why is this so damn easy! I'm going to talk to Aeos about this if it dosen't get harder soon." She stood next to Maranth, and held out a hand, "Come on. Let's hope it get's harder!"

Amaranth stared at the hand, completely bewildered by the sudden movement. Her hand clutched the bow she had out at the moment, her crossbow, nervously as she continued to stare wordlessly. What does she want me to do?

Kaos had also dressed for the occasion. He was wearing a torn training robe, a pair of beaten up pants, and a slew of belts, each adorned with a set of pistols. "Well that was a warm hello!" he shouted jokingIy to Uni as he turned and followed her down the passageway

"Come on! I heard that they get harder as we go." She grabed Maranth's arm, and hauled the girl upright. She turned her ehad as Kaos came in, "Come on! I want to train! I haven't been in a good fight forever!" She let go of Maranth's arm, not that the girl was standing.

Amaranth blankly trailed after the overexcited girl, her bow still in her hand and her other drifting toward her quiver. Who knew how far Uni would drag them all into the maze?

"Does anyone else find this too easy?" Zeth said suddenly, comming around the corner nearest the group of three. He had been finding his way through the training excersices, he could have probably even done them with his eyes closed and one hand tied behind his back.

"Yes." It was out of her mouth before she could clamp it shut, and she blushed heavily when attention turned to herself. She mumbled a half-apology and shut her mouth.

Uni rolled her eyes, but spoke, "Yes it does. I finished off six rooms in under five minutes. Even for me that's a record. Last time I tried this, I didn't even get to the fith room before I was forced to flee. I think it's suposed to give us a false sense of security, then the hard monsters will come when we're feeling cocky." She shruged, and smiled at the other three. "Come on! It's best if we press foward so that we arn't traped here."
