Personality: She seems as cold as the ice she controls to those who don't know her well but really she is just confused, unsure of herself, afraid, and shy but hiding all that beneath a mask of uncaring. She is desperate to find her brother who was her only true friend back home and when she is sure no one is looking will sometimes break into tears. She thinks she is weak and undeserving but has to look strong to others or they will not respect her. She greatly envies her brother and is determined to find him or die trying.
History:She doesn't say much about her history before a certain point. What she does tell you is that she left her home looking for her brother who ran away. While following the trail of rumors and so on he had left behind she got attacked by someone and her companions were killed and her supplies taken but she had been able to escape relativily unharmed due to the brave efforts of her companions. She is afraid that her brother may not have been so lucky in this country so far from their own especially from what she heard so she has sworn vengence against those who might have killed her brother and did kill her companions. The Collective. So she joined the Guild, easily passing the test.
Personal Element: Water, she mostly does Ice magic.
Pets: She has with her two griffins, a boy named Chill and a girl named Snow. Chill belonged to her brother but he left Chill when he ran off so Neige took Chill and her griffin Snow when she left to look for him.

Fighting Style: She works almost entirely with ice magic but the way she works with ice magic is different than you would think, she creates a sword of ice and fights with that.
Weapon(s) of Choice: Her sword of ice which if anyone other than her touches will go numb with cold and begin to freeze over, so any blood is froven in place before it can spill when she cuts her enimes. It also is a convenient tool for casting other ice spells through. Here are pictures:
