This was pitiable.

She sort of doubted he had any pets. Norai probably wouldn't have bonded to him if he did. Or she would have and killed of the others....

Demitri looked slightly embarassed. "I don't know much about dragons or gryphons other than what you can learn from books, since I've never had a pet. I suggested it, once, but Norai went, well, insane and threatened to eat any pet I ever got."

Funny, because the person who she had chosen before seemed like this one....clueless, and prone to getting wlaked over.

And he let her be that way. Ha. Funny...well, at least /she/ didn't have to worry about Norai's jealousy. She doubted Norai would bother, and if she did there would be no point to it...Era'd live.
