"I still can't believe you broke it." Reppu said, for about the hundreth time as she walked through the town with Tazin. "I didn't hit him that hard..." Tazin replied quietly. "We were only training. It wasn't like I was trying to break it." "But you hit him square on the armor. That doesn't work! I've only told you a million times." The Kami replied. Indeed, she had told Tazin that hitting enemies on the armor usually didn't work. Duh! Then again, she was an experienced fighter and Tazin well.... wasn't. Though she had been training hard, trying to improve. Even though Tazin still didn't like it that much. "Ok, ok. I'll try to remember next time." She said, trying to pacify her spirit as she walked into the blacksmith shop.

Raphael looked up when two girls walked in; one had dark hair and the other had orange hair. They were both very young and very attractive, but then, all women were attractive to him. He had been sitting all day, waiting for a customer to come in, and now he was wondering what these two wanted. "May I help you?" he asked in a smooth voice.

"Yes, you can actually." Tazin said, smiling at him. "I need a new sword. I kinda..." She was interrupted by Reppu. "Kinda? You broke it! In half! I didn't even think you could do that!" She said shaking her head slowly, her orange hair swaying. She sounded slightly disbelieving, but she wasn't being mean about it or anything. "Yeah, what she said. I broke my sword somehow. Do you think you could make me a new one?" Tazin asked polietly.

Raphael smirked, leaning over the counter, at the girls. He made sure that his arm muscles were good-looking, and infact, they looked very nice, glistening in a thin layer of sweat from him tending to the fire all day. "I'm sure I can be of service to you, Miss...? I'm sorry. I didn't get your name..."

"Sorry, how rude of me!" Tazin apologized with a small bow. "My name is Tazin." She introduced. "And this is my spirit, Reppu." She said, pointing to the Kami who was currently occupying herself with looking interestedly at the random weapons and swords in the shop. That was expected. She loved swords. She was never without one. "And you are....?" Tazin paused, looking him over once, and she did notice his nicely toned muscles.

"Lovely name, Miss Tazin... Oh, and I'm Raphael... So you're from the Castle, Tazin? Have you ever met a Rowena?" Raph noticed how interested in the weaponry that Reppu was and smiled. "What kind of spirit is she, may I ask?"

"Very nice to meet you Rahael." Tazin said with a smile. "And yes, I do believe I know a Rowena. I don't know her very well, but I've met her before." She told him. "And Reppu, she's a Kami. And completely obbsessed with battle and swords. Which explains why she's not to happy with me breaking the one she gave me..."

"Oh, well, little Row's my baby sister. I'm proud that she's bonded with a... a Rogue Spirit, I believe... And how on Kinuva did you break your sword?" He smiled playfully at her, flirting so obviously although he doubted that Tazin noticed... He hoped that she would flirt back with him, or that something would happen... He was getting old.

"Errr..." Tazin said, slightly embarrassed that she had done it. It wasn't exactly common. As Reppu had 'kindly' pointed out earlier. "Well we were training and I went to hit an enemy. But he was wearing armor and I hit the armor instead of him. I guess I hit him harder than I though too." She said, giggling a bit. "Maybe it was a wrong angle or something. I really don't know how it happened."

Raph chuckled, leaning back and folding his arms. Well, maybe, once you have your new sword and all, you'd like for me to help you train? I've trained Row since she was about ten, and she's wonderful at combat. You won't even have to pay me," he suggested, plastering his smile to his lips.

"Really?" Tazin asked, smiling at him as she tucked a piece of her raven black hair behind her ear. "It might be good to get a different point of view on things. I mean, Reppu is a great trainer, I would never say she wasn't or anything. However, she can be a little intense." She said with a slight smirk. "She gets a little too into it. The thrill of battle I think goes to her head."

"Of course... Now, Tazin, what kind of sword would you like? What metal; what design and all the good stuff." He walked over to his fire-place as he said this, getting ready to work his magic... literally.

Tazin gave him a rather blank expression. "Errr... well.... you see... I really know nothing about swords." She admitted, averting her eyes. She didn't know why she felt embarrassed. It wasn't like it was a bad thing to know nothing... "Reppu just gave me that one. I don't know anything about it."

((Now, I don't know a damn thing about swords.... or even making things.. oO;))
"Ah..." he said rather thoughtfully, freaking out in his mind. What if she didn't like the sword? Ah, well, he'd have to try and make something good. "I'll think of something good for you..." He found a chunk of silver and threw it in the fire. After about a minute, it became soft and he took it out (not with his bare hands) and started banging on it with a mallet to shape it. When it became cool again, he just stuck it back in the fire for half a minute and it became soft enough to shape again. He repeated this for a good hour or so, until he ended up with a long, thin, silver sword. Now, he just had to make the handle. When he turned to Tazin again, his face was blackened from the fire cinders and he was awfully sweaty. "What kind of stone for your handle would you like?" he asked her, sounding to be a bit out of breath.

Tazin waited patiently, Reppu came over to watch for a good part of it, then got bored and resumed browsing through random things. Things she probably wasn't even supposed to be looking through. She was always into some kind of mischeif. "What are my options?" Tazin asked polietly. Again, she really had no idea. She was so lost when it came to weapons. She basically just took what was given to her and tried her best. Sometimes it worked, others it didn't. And, she didn't know what he had so she asked.
