Sunny had set yet another table on fire. You'd think that eventually they'd remember to fire-proof those things, what with exploding bacon and fire-breathing babies and whatnot. The baby in question, who was considerably older now, giggled happily and clapped her hands as her mother frantically attempted to put out the fire, which, as it happened, were very difficult to put out. "Sunny...!" Amaranth muttered, pouring water on the flaming table. "Please! I told you not to do that any more..." Sunny frowned for a moment, but then went back to giggling happily.

Zeth put a hand to his forehead, adding some water of his own onto the flames. He had definately learned that things tended to go up in flames when Sunny was around, and that he should always be prepared. Although, the flames seemed to be getting harder to put out. "...Sunny.." He sighed lightly, wondering if she really had any control over setting random things ablaze, or if she just simply found it entertaining.

Slightly upset by her parents' exhasperation, Sunny pouted. All she was doing was setting things on fire... what was wrong with that? Fire was pretty... Well, it was hot (as she had learned when she tried to eat it... don't even think too much about that one, you'll hurt yourself...) but if you were careful... "Oh, dear... when will she stop doing that?"

Zeth looked at Sunny and then to Amaranth. "I really don't know." He said honestly, putting out the last little ember on the burned tabletop. "I just hope her habit subsides before the entire Guild goes up in flames." He said, unable to help sounding slightly amused.

"Oh, dear... She certainly is... happy... though... and.... that is... good..." There was a bright side to her setting things on fire...

"Yes, I was just thinking that same thing." Zeth replied with a small smile. "I guess it's better than screaming and crying, right? We wouldn't want her to be sad.."

"No, we wouldn't, would we? Would we?" she repeated to Sunny, poking her gently sot hat the baby giggled again. Amaranth grinned. "You are just the most adorable little thing, aren't you?"

"She certainly is." Zeth agreed, looking adoringly at both his wife and daughter. He couldn't have asked for anything better. "I think the cuter you are, the more you can get away with." He said with a laugh.

Amaranth sighed. "I believe that, if that is the case, Sunny will get away with everything for her entire life."

Zeth grinned. "I have a feeling you are absolutely right. I don't see her getting any less cute any time soon, or at all."

Amaranth opened her mouth to say something, but she was interrupted when Sunny did what she invariably did. She hiccupped. Soon enough, she'd be breathing fire. "Oh, no, not again..."

Zeth glanced over at Sunny again, knowing exactly what her little hiccupps brought soon after you heard the first one. "At least we have a bit of a warning with that." He said, ready to put out any more flames.

However, Sunny did not, in fact, do as was expected. As usual, she was unwilling to comply with the norm, and instead went to sleep. "Well, that is something of a relief..."

"Yes, I guess so. Though I must say, I wasn't expecting that. Although, I always am faced with the unexpected with Sunny." Zeth mused.
