"All right, then let's go!" At this point, Demitri would have usually struck an idiotically dramatic pose, one hand on hip and the other pointing off into the horizon, but he didn't. It would probably only make her mad.

Unfortunately for all parties, Norai decided to make her appearance at this moment.

Era hadn't noticed Norai, and even if she had, would really care less. Spirits got reused, sent out more than once to other people after the one they had Bonded to died. And Era had brushed in with Norai before. Never past only saying polite hellos and an introduction....and that had been at least four hundred years ago.

I met her before. She's suicidal and annoying.

Demitri nearly yelped in surprise.
"What?! What?! No, she's not, I'm so sorry, Norai, apologize, please!"
Demitri... She just agreed with me...
"You're not annoying in the slightest! You're not annoying at all! I'm so very sorry, Norai always says nasty things like that! I'm soooo sorry!"

Demitri sighed. "Sometimes I think that knowing Norai for ten seconds means you know more than enough of her... And really, you're not annoying at all. Norai just doesn't like it when I spend time with females other than her, and sets out to drive them off or eat them..."

((You know what's funny? It's such the reverse of roelpalying Sasha with Demitri because she had to convince him he wasn't annoying...XP))

Well they were at a point to be let out...courtesy allowed her to stand back and let him out first.

Of course, Demitri tried to do the same and they ended up both staring awkwardly at the doorway.
Demitri hurried forward after a moment's hesitation and held the door open for her.
"No, really," he insisted as he followed her through. "You're not annoying at all."
((I had it be a door because I don't think that even Guildmembers would be stupid enough to leave everything doorless...))

Better to agree although she disagreed.
She headed left along the wall, to a pile of...stuff. There really was no better term for it, it was just so different from things. And Era didn't bother with terms like 'laptop' and such anymore...no one understood.

She merely handed him what she thought he could bear, picking up an armload of her own. It'd probably take two more trips....and then setting up would take about a week for her to do. And he would (hopefully) not be around for that.
