Damn the boy. It was all the mare could think. He had left ebfore she could get a bite out of him, and the thought of her failure made her cranky. Plus she was hungry. She hungered for food, but not for grain. It had been so long since the horse had eaten, and grain just wasn't /right/ for her. With a large, horsy sigh, she shifted. Instantaneously, a female girl of about seventeen years appeared where the horse had formerly stood. Of average height, she had many similarities the mare did, with curly red-gold hair and golden skin that seeemd to faintly hint at bold crimsons and creamy white. And her eyes were the exact same, pitch-black with queer lights... Surprisingly enough, she had clothes on, ones that fit and were good for the sort of weather. Everyone knew Changing did not include your clothes; and that it was horrid to watch, and not at all very fast. But then again all those who had Changed had been Eris' pets. The girl was not an experiment. She tilted her head. It had to be early in the morning; about one...everyone was asleep. For the most part. Silently she slipped from the stall, before collapsing to the ground. It had been too long since she had walked on two legs, and she couldn't quite remember how... Slowly, with large effort, she pulled herself up, and wlaked out of the barn at the pace of a snail, increasing speed with every step. No one would find her. Ominous glints appeared in her eyes. It was time for revenge.

Meka glanced around the street, breathing deeply in the early air. She looked up at the still dark sky, her arms behind her head. She had needed to get away for a while, away from her cold Vampire, from her friends, from her nutty Gryphon. And this early, well, it just felt right to her. Then again, she thought with a sly smile, this time felt good to any thief. Looking over at the stable, she was tempted to go over a wreak some kind of havoc, but noticed a girl walking out. She arched an eyebrow. A girl visiting her beloved pet? At this early. Heh. Maybe this could be fun.... Boredly, she started after her, trying to be as quiet as she could without having to hide.

Navek lay in his bed. Asleep. Well, what did you expect for so early in the morning? Especially from him. The one who is lazy and gets out of work to sleep and lounge around during the daytime. Navek really liked his sleep. So, needless to say, he was slightly annoyed when a presence tugged at the egde of his mind. He tossed over, trying to push the thoughts out and go back to sleep. However, they became stronger, wanting his attention. And he finally decided to pay attention, realizing that it was Fayt's thoughts they were urging him on. He couldn't distinguish anything specific, he was to tired to think clearly, but he knew that Fayt wanted him up. What could that horse possible want...? Navek thought to himself with a yawn as he litterally rolled himself out of bed. Slipping on his boots he left his room and headed in the dirrection of the Guild's exit, planning on going to the stables.

The odd looking girl was ignorant of everyone and consious of only the fact that she was free, and not bound to anyone to do anything. A slow smile started on her face. Tendrils of golden fire weaved ahead of her, clearly lighting the way as the danced and writhed with her pleasure of freely being able to control her element again, and the feeling of confidence that people would pay for what they had done to her.

Navek slowly walked through the dark corridoors, still rubbing the sleep from his eyes. This better be good. He thought, as he almost ran into a wall. Man it's dark! I can hardly see a thing! He though with aggitation. His mood definately wasn't improving. Well, what did you expect? It was dark, cold, and he had been woken up in the middle of the night by his horse. Speaking of which, Navek only got a few thoughts from Fayt and it had something to do with the new mare. As he continued walking, in the dark, he was midly surprised to see a distant light. But it wasn't just light, it almost seemed like strands of fire. "I wonder who that is?" He whispered curiously.

Feeling perfectly comfortable, and unaware of either the two others, she sat with her back to a nearby tree, the fire following to pool in her hands. It was interesting. The fire had become a glassy liquid, and seemed not to burn. Almost like a lake, she caused it to raise up into a castle of a different guild. Perfect almost to the exact detail, she let it 'catch' on fire, giving the Guild an appearance of burning to the ground. And grinned as she watched it. Next a rather exagerated model of Navek was formed, showing him with the same features but in an ugly, grotesque way, and made a little parade escort him to a raging fire, before letting him burn in it. This was fun.

((*laughs* Navek is doomed! XP))
Navek continued to stare at the fire, watching it swril this way and that. Whoever was using also seemed to be very good at it as he watched her form various shapes. He still had no idea who it was, or why they heck they were up so late. Errr... early. He finally got close enough to see that it was a girl, one with vary odd colored hair. And it all looked very familiar. Though to what, Navek hadn't quite figured out yet. He was, afterall, still half asleep. However, something from Fayt told him that this was what he had gotten him up for. "Hello." Navek greeted pleasently as he walked up to stand beside the tree.

((Dooomed....DOOOOOMED! ;D))
A very strange smile flitted across her face as she recognised the voice; a smile which had too many emotions to be interpreted. But most of them weren't very 'nice'. "Hello," she greeted politely and pleasantly, although it barely disguised a gleeful loathing. It was also just as well it was a short reply, as she had never learned to fully talk with her mouth, and usual speech drifted in and out of thoughts and words. The fire had already been squashed into a sphere, which whirled madly. The girl lifted it slightly to Navek's face, it glinting of the gold-and-red skin. The queer eyes met his, and held some sort of inner smirk.

Navek gazed at her a moment. Something seemed very familiar about her. Especially her eyes. They were so different and unique, almost inhuman. But he just couldn't place it. He knew he had never met her before, he would have remembered since she was a bit out of the ordinary. Not in a bad way though. "Have we met before?" He asked her curiously.

By Jilath. She rolled those odd eyes, although it was impossible to tell due to their lack of whites. "I'm sure. She left off in his mind, but seeing how tired he was -so tired he almost looked drunk- it would seem imagined. Which was fine with her. But no, wouldn't it be more fun to shock him? She supposed it would be. In an instant, the girl was gone. But a familiar and 'wicked' horse was under the tree.

Navek's jaw dropped. And, had it not been connected to his head, it would've fallen on the ground. "W...what?!" He said stupidly. He was definately awake now! The complete and utter shock had jogged some life back into his tired body. He could hear Fayt's voice in the back of his head, saying that this was what he had wanted to tell him. Navek stared at the mare. He couldn't believe it. She was a human. And a mare. It all seemed like a dream. Was he dreaming? No, he definately wasn't. His foot still hurt from when he stubbed his toes back in the dark hallway inside the Guild. "But..." He paused. He didn't know what to say. He was quite stunned. "How did you do that?" He asked, asking the first intelligent question he had thought of.

Meka let out a small gasp. Woah, what the hell was that? She thought wildly. Then she shook her head. Whatever was about to happen to Navek, it was not going to be pretty, and by the looks of the guy, he would need all the help he could get. Stepping lightly, she walked over to Navek and the mare. "That's a wake-up call for you, eh?" she commented lightly.
