"Yeah, I suppose." Navek said. "But still, you shouldn't even be ridden in the first place." He said again. "I mean, I wouldn't want someone on my back as a human, even if I was in the form of a horse. Did you ever think of telling him?" He asked. "Or, anyone for that matter?"

"That does make sense," Claidi agreed, shrugging. It does, agreed Russet. "But I still say it's abuse!"

I did once, she said, looking at Navek with hatred and suspicion. She had. At that time she'd belonged to a little girl, maybe around eight years. And it hadn't ended nicely.

Navek could just feel the hatred in the glare of her's, and he vaguely wondered just what it was she had against him. "From that tone I take it when you did it didn't turn out as you expected. Though I can't imagine why." He said. "Then again, here in the Guild, people tend to be much more accepting that others." He added thoughtfully.

The mare snorted. I came from a Guild. This isn't the only one out there. They weren't accepting here, and they won't be here. It hadn't even crossed her mind to give this place and people a chance.

"Hey, they took me in! I'm practically a wolf now. They'd accept you, too. And if not....well, you don't have to stay," Claidi shrugged, and Russet nodded,She's right, you know.

"Yes, I know it's not the only one." Navek replied. "But you've got it wrong. Here is apparently very different from the Guild you were from. Here, pretty much anyone you talk to is accepting. There are so many crazy things going on around here, you don't have any choice but to accept it. They are a lot more accepting than you may think." He told her. "You'd be surprised. I know that a lot of people here wouldn't even think twice, they'd accept that you're half-spirit in the blink of an eye."

I could care less. She was out of second, third, hundredth chances. Experience told her that humans were wrong, and evil. All that was left in her was anger and hate- without it she would have given up long ago. You're a bloody human. You have no clue. She would know, having lived with -here there was slight disgust, as they were predators- wolves.

Claidi looked down. When she was supposed to go home, after living with wolves for a year or so, and was supposed to killed instead. Her eye twitched for a second, before she tried to cover it up,"Oh, well.....You have to give these guys a chance. They gave me one......I think." She thought for a moment, about the fact that no one asked to take the exam, that she just did. "Yeah, they did."

Navek looked at Firedance skeptically, wondering just how she could think like that. "I think your preception of humans is slightly off." He said. "Well, I'm not doubting that you've met some who you'd probablly rather never meet again, but not everyone thinks the same." He pointed out.

Meka watched Firedance with an interest. She was obviously full of anger and hate, and prejudice. "Sometimes humans are as bad as some wolves- or worse," she said quietly. "They can be evil, manipulative, conniving, false, lying, cheating, filthy backstabbers. You'll always see those elements wherever you go. It just depends on how you handle them. Sometimes," she took a breath, "you might even find someone who isn't any of those things, if you're lucky. And then you have to decide whether or not you're going to give them a chance- just one last chance."

" HEY!" Claidi and Russet exclaimed in unison. They both growled at Meka, very offended. "Wolves aren't like humans! They don't care about what or who you are, they just like you or don't like you, usually for a reason!" You could practically see steam floating out of her ears. "Wolves took me in during my time of need!" Fists tightened, she stormed torwards the girl.
OhOhSee; Kira, have Meka back away slowly. She just set Claidi off.

Evil, manipulative, conniving, false, lying, cheating, filthy backstabbers like how you were originally going to steal from me? pointed out Firedance.

Meka rubbed the bridge of her nose. Her little speeches always seemed to come back to bite her. Hard. "I'm sorry I don't know what wolves are like. I only know humans, mkay?" She glanced over at Firedance. "You mean earlier? I never had the intention of stealing, exactly. Acacia and my fourteen-year-old grandmother would have been all over my case for that. I was.... bored. And..... I'm sorry."

Claidi stopped,"I'd hope not! If you did, and you still thought that, then, I'd have to say that there was something seriously wrong with you." Russet still glared at the girl,Say anything like that, again, and I'll be forced to rip your mouth out. And you, he looked at Claidi,I wasn't very happy about what she said either. Keep your temper in line. "You didn't," she grumbled,"Stupid Canine." Ahem? Russet looked back up at her, teeth bared. "Sorry, Russet."
