[Amaranth]

"Oh, no... He didn't hurt himself, did he?" He paused. "Or anyone else? And who let them buy alchohol?"

[Jeni]

"No, luckily no one was hurt." Zeth said, shaking his head. "And I have no idea. They were out in the town when they got drunk and then came back. And they were talking in complete nonsense and calling themselves by very strange names."

[Amaranth]

"Did it not occur to Khe that he might be caught?" Demitri asked incredulously. "I can't believe that the Collective doesn't have any spies in the Guild..."

[Jeni]

"I guess it wasn't really high on his list of priorities as he was stumbling around, so drunk he couldn't see straight." Zeth said, rolling his eyes with a chuckle. "And there was one spy, but he was killed in battle. By the Collective actually."

[Amaranth]

"Really? Well, I suppose that's why not too many people want to spy for the Collective.."

[Jeni]

"Tell me about it. To get killed for the people you are trying to help. Definately something twisted about that! Although, he did switch sides... but still, I can see as how it would discourage people."

[Amaranth]

"Yeah... Bread..." Demitri was only half-paying attention. Still covered in bacon-remnants, he was again rummaging through the cupboards. "...Lettuce... Tomatoes... Eew... Is that still a tomato...? It used to be... I think..."

[Jeni]

Zeth grimmaced. "I think it used to be. Though I definately wouldn't eat it now. But there are some fresh ones over on that counter." He said, pointing to one a few over from where Demitri was standing.

[Amaranth]

"Oh, good," Demitri said, relieved, and went to fetch them.

[Jeni]

"Yeah, it would be horrible to only have that... thing... in place of tomatoes. I don't think I'd eat that if you paid me to."

[Amaranth]

"Oh, that's a dissapointment, because I have a few gold pieces- no, I'm just kidding. Sorry if that was the most horrible joke you've heard in your life, I've only had Norai to talk to (unless you count rhythmic chanting or screaming as talking) for a very long time and if I say anything that I don't mean literally she tries to kill me." He shook his head.

[Jeni]

Zeth laughed. "No, don't worry about it." He said with a grin and a wave of his hand. "And really? She tries to kill you? She must not like jokes, or anything similar and not literal at all."

[Amaranth]

"Erm, no, especially if she doesn't get it. Then it frustrates her. Being frustrated, predictably, makes her hungry. And when she's hungry, she gets angry."
Demitri was chopping the tomatoes.

[Jeni]

"Well then." Zeth said with a small chuckle. "I will keep in mind never to frustrate her. Or purposly make her hungry. I wouldn't want to be the one in sight when she gets hungry..."
