((Oh, I'm fine with it. I just didn't know and it was bugging me because I couldn't remember but you couldn't so then I was fine. ^^ And are we going to set our plan in action some time soon? I could wrap it all up in a post....))
She stopped a moment, head swaying as her ears pricked, before heading more to their left. She was unsure how to answer. So Ally did an unusual thing, and admitted defeat. You're right. I don't. Even then she managed to have a prickly note of challenge left in her tone, and the look she gave him echoed that.

((Yeah, we should probably do that ^^))
Navek regarded her curiously, noticing that once again she had said something a bit out of character for her normal self. However, it still held her challenging bite to it. Ok then. He said casually, nodding his head in response, not really knowing how to respond to that.

((You want me to just wrap it up in a post? Oh jeesh. Ally's so much fun to roleplay. ^^))
Which surprised her. Because in a herd, admitting you didn't know gave the others free right to leave if they wished. Which usually happened. But he was still following her. She wouldn't have followed him, Ally realized. And she had always been at the bottom of the pecking order, being different. But she felt no shame at the thought of not following him. It was a way of life. So you're stil coming, she stated.

((Yep!))
Of course I am. Navek replied casually, wondering why she was questioning him. One, I don't know the way any better myself, and, two, I trust your judgement. Which was true. He would most likely get them even more lost if he tried to find the way back. And, at the moment at least, he did trust her.

((I will at some point in time, then...just not yet....))
Really? She was still surprised, and suspicious that he was making it up...but...Well, in that case... She let her sentence drop, instead racing off through a creek, going upstream over the snow-laden ice which threatened to break into two inches of frigid water.

Navek kinda stopped in his tracks a little as she took off, being a little surprised by the sudden surge into the woods. However, he quickly regained his senses. H..Hey, wait up! He called with a laugh, bounding over a fallen tree trunk and racing off in the direction she had gone, following through the stream, the water splashing out from under his hooves.
